Web Design Brief

The name of our club is Ace RV Rental Club. I am looking for a web site that will show our motorhomes.

It needs to let us add motorhomes and change descriptions etc. (back end functionality)

It needs to show an RV with a description, with a calendar of availability for each RV.

It needs to allow club members the ability to schedule and pay for an RV. (ecommerce)

It needs a page where new members can go to join the club.

We are an RV (motor home) rental club. Acervrentalclub.com.

Needed is one cohesive design which will be used for more than 1 page. I need the web site to:

1. show our RV's for rent.
It must show a picture with details about the RV, (image placeholder for now – can possible give picture with details about the RV later on to the winning designer)
....with a link to the calendar for that RV which must allow a club member to pick the dates they want (the calendar must block them from picking dates that have been reserved or are less than the minimum days allowed for that time period (3 days low season and 5 days high season) the amounts for this must be changeable by us, a dollar amount for each day, week or month. This they will put in their shopping cart which must calculate a total and allow them to delete items. It also must allow them to put down a deposit if more than 30 days out or
pay 100% if under 30 days. There needs to be a link to extras they can add to the cart such as linens, kitchenware, delivery service, pickup service, dump charge, fuel charge, propane charge etc. This is a separate page good for all Rv's There needs to be a link to more pictures.

2. There needs to be a members area that they can log into with a user name
and a password that show their passed rentals and up coming rentals.

3 There needs to be a new members area that allows them to input their information, name, address, credit card, etc., agree to the rules of the club. This is where they will create there user name a password.

4. There needs to be an administrator area that shows a list of the RVs a
calendar for each with the dates that are taken. The area needs to show the
deposits received the rents received, there needs to be a reports area the
will show revenue received by dates picked. It needs to let's us take the
RV offline for repairs Etc. (back end)

5. Needs to be away to track sales tax. (This could be part of the reports
area)

6. There needs to be a "how it works tab".

7. An “about us” tab.

8. There needs to be a way to add new RVs and make other changes as needed. (back end)
