Wordpress Design Brief

Hi! I am a female scientist (36 years old) in the field of marine science and biotechnology. I need a clean, engaging, modern WordPress website design. Not just a blog, but a site that shows pictures of my research and topics, can host PDFs of my research publications, and can have my Twitterfeed (@dorothydankel) and YouTube videos embedded. Something a bit like this: http://www.hawking.org.uk/ but with my content, and a more engaging design, like the template "ANGLE"

My current webprofile from the University of Bergen is here: http://www.uib.no/personer/Dorothy.Jane.Dankel , but I need something that is more than this, that can inspire grant evaluators to pick me, and a website that shows the best sides of me and my research. I attach some representative pictures of me and my research that I would like to be used/incorporated in the webdesign.
