Logo Design Brief

I need a logo for a new business. The logo will be used on business cards and web site and maybe on motor vehicles.
The business is based Sydney Australia, and marketed to middle income and business professionals. The business will transport people and small packages. After a simple design clean lines easy to read for aging people. My corporate colours will be black and white and shades of them. The service will be affordable to the average punter driven in a Australian or Japanese manufactured vehicle. No taxis, stretch limos or top of the range imported vehicles.
