Logo Design Brief

We are a company purchasing land/ land investors, we do not develop into houses, we just buy and sell the land as is. We want to create a logo that can incorporate the name so where anyone can look at the logo and know exactly the website "moneyformyland.com". We want the logo to look modern, clean lines, and look nice with either white or black background. I'm planning to use this logo as a banner as well.
