great project here. I have one major concern, Do you have any High resolution file for the picture?
With the given low res picture, it's hard to turn it into 3 colors with watercolor effect. It cannot even read the text on the signboard when zoom in .
Make it guaranteed payment . This one is hard to do. trust me.
