The business is a construction company, focused on the mum and dad investors who what to increase their capital profile through renovating and building of granny flats to create wealth.

Background of the business, is we are project managers and building contractors for residential homes. We are focused on a service of building wealth for our customers by increasing the capital value of there homes through renovations and building granny flats. Granny Flats are a great investment to gain extra income through rental return or great alternative to accommodate growing families. Renovations bring new life into a old home and prepares the home for the next stages of the families that live in them. Very rewarding job I have and its great fun.

I have no design specifics but blue is my favourite colour I want it fresh and modern.

Target Market(s)

The target market is basically anyone that owns a home, so that would be mid 20's and late 50's families.
