Web Design Brief

We need a new website for our law firm. We practice consumer protection law, with an emphasis on class actions. In particular, we serve consumers who are harassed by telemarketers, debt collectors, abusive companies, and financial criminals. In short, we sue big companies that do bad things to lots of people.

The lawyer is Bret Lusskin. Current website is available through www.LusskinLaw.com. Some logo files are attached.

Prefer designs that use the colors black, red, and white, per the logo. Also prefer clean, lightweight HTML5/CSS3 design rather than Wordpress. Finally, single-page type design preferred over multi-page, but flexible.

I have some limited familiarity with HTML and CSS, particularly Bootstrap, so a Bootstrap type design that I can modify myself would be ideal.
