Logo Design Brief

I would like to take our current one dimensional plain "house" logo and reimagine it into something more interesting and modern. Something that can carry across mediums from web to business cars, or onto a vehicle or clothing. I would like to stay with the blue color as we feel that promotes stability. We are including more than just housing into our business such as management of all types of properties, as well as development of new types of projects-retail stores, commercial properties, and other types of development.
