The current budget suffices for 2-3 pages psd design only - not all pages designed or CSS coded or php integrated or backend or ecommece integrated for this small budget.
Also please guarantee the project of you want the best designers to work on it

Please reread my brief. This is for an uncoded psd job only. We will take care of the coding ourselves. We only need the graphics to be set out in a photoshop format only.

We have recieved feedback from our client and he has told me that most templates designed so far have been pretty generic (like from a $65 template site) Can anyone design a template that does not look as if we spent money on a template site?
