3D Design Brief

Would love to have a Motion 3D animation created for an intro and ending as displayed in the link below. The First 10 seconds for an intro and the last 10 seconds for an out with exactly the same infortmation only using the logo attached (Umati Productions)

Exactly like the Youtube link provided with the same information however obviously have our logo..
