Logo Design Brief
I am trying to establish a logo that interprets young professional, modern, contemporary,luxury in the real estate market. I help people purchase distressed homes and go in and renovate them to their exact specifications. We can do literally any style of home renovation but we are specializing in contemporary modern lifestyle and remodeling. We cater to all budget levels but want to attract more to a high end market. I would like to see the colors associated with my business card and yard sign which are the darker navy blue and grey with some white accent. The final product should be simple and eyecatching. It should communicate my slogan "From Possibility to Actuality" with an "Old to New" concept. I like the idea of having a simple letter "S" or "SR" with Somerik Realty underneath but want to see all creative ideas that communicate my product without being too loud. Attached are some prototype yard signs so you can see font style I will be using and configurations.

Nice to have
- I would like to see a creative S or SR logo that stands out from other initial type logos. Possibly with "From Possibility to Actuality" underneath, It needs to be modern and new age in concept. Needs to be simple, contemporary, professional. I am not stuck on anything specific just needs to be something that can be used across multiple marketing platforms and material for branding. i.e. hats, shirts, website, yard signs, etc and expresses my concept. The wood background is a concept I've played with and may be a consideration.
Should not have
- Nothing Loud or too busy. When I look at the logo it should not have a traditional or old fashioned feel. My business is promoting "NEW" everything, (processes, style, way of business etc)so the logo needs to mirror this concept.
