NOTE: the following items are to be changed, as follows:
1. price is 799
2. delete "Expires 2-8-13"
3. make "Nevada County's..." into "Northern California's ... "
4. Someplace where it fits nicely, add "Fast, Easy, Done!"
5. Delete "no obligation first visit"
6. That attached pdf was a successful ad so I want to maintain that look GENERALLY, but I'm not stuck on anything in particular. Some freedom to play with it for a perfect ad.
7. I'll attach the revised picture and the logo.
