Logo Design Brief

We need a logo design for a new sustainable farming operation located in Columbia, Missouri called 'Restoration Farms'. I would like both a circular or square logo for packaging and such as well as a rectangular logo with mission statement that can be used on website and paper materials.
Our company is 'Restoration Farms' and our mission statement is: 'Restoring Farm, Food and Family'.
Our initial product will be pastured poultry (chicken). We will not be producing eggs, only chickens for meat. I do not necessarily want the logo to include a chicken as down the road we will be adding more products such as beef, pork and honey.
We will be a genetically modified organism (GMO) free operation and none of our animals will receive antibiotics.
We will participate in sustainable agriculture and animal husbandry practices.
