Logo Design Brief

We need a logo design for a eco adventure new hostel in Killarney Ireland. The hostel will be for adventures (climbers, trekkers runners, cyclists) and backpackers. The hostel will be run by back packers for backpackers. The hostel itself will be in a renovated 150 year old Georgian style building & we would like this theme shown in the logo. The hostel will have a veggie garden and chickens out the back. A rough idea of what we are thinking is of a sheep on a mountain with a certain look on his face(not a cheesy smile) We are also open to other out there ideas. PS I would also plan on printing this logo on my jersey when I run ultra marathons and adventure races.
