Logo Design Brief

We want a new vibrant logo for our existing business which has been running as "Marwood's Cycle Fit" we would now like to call it just "Cycle Fit". Cycle Fit provides indoor cycling sessions to increase cycling performance, bit like a spin class, but more cyclist orientated. The sessions are a hour in length, attendance is 6-12 participants and take place 3-5 times per week. This is just a casual venture for us and the sessions are conducted before or after work hours. The logo will be used for letterheads, Facebook, email promotion and on the outside of the builder where we conduct the sessions. It may also be used as a small logo on cycling jersey to help increase awareness of the sessions. A clean, neat and easy to identify logo, with some sort of reference to cycling or cyclists and/or fitness. We have had a simple logo for the last 3 years that we designed ourselves and has a bicycle cog as part of its design. It is of low quality and doesn't always fit in/on the area's we would like to use it (please see file attached). The colours we have been using are orange, black and white. I would like to see the continuation of the use of a little bit of orange in the design and may be a dark grey over a black. we would like a few different colour options apart from the described as well please.
