We provide comfortable apartments and homes to tenants in the beautiful town of Livingston, Montana. We are surrounded by snow capped mountain peaks and open spaces.

The company name is "Dwelling Property Management, Inc." I really want the focus to be on "Dwelling". Something in a clean easy to read script or flowing font. Think of dwelling as a home, resting place, settled.
"Property Management, Inc." should be small, readable, but not significant at all.

• My project must attract owners and tenants of nice rental properties in a beautiful setting. Logo must be able to be to be clearly read on business cards, signs, and vehicle decals. Logo may be in color, but MUST look great when printed in gray scale as my only office printer is a B&W laser jet.

Should not have

• Business card should not have apartment buildings or city scapes.
