Logo Design Brief

The design I think should include pink and black and grey. I was thinking potentially of a logo of a circle divided by a double "S" with a vague resemblance to the "yin / yang" symbol - although i would not want the resemblance to be too obvious.

The logo could be used independently as well as together with the "Serica Services" name.

Serica Services is a legal advisory firm that focuses on providing compliance solutions for the key areas of regulation facing foreign companies in China and Asia today. It also provides high-level strategy, policy development and counseling advice for business executives, government officials and others key decision-makers engaging with China and Asia.
