Logo Design Brief

The Blue Heron is a regal aquatic bird that is very rare and is a direct descendant of prehistoric birds. It is mystical, rarely seen, and an opportunistic predator that waits patiently for its prey. Blue Heron Capital is a private hedge fund that manages capital for investors. I want the classic design of 1920's wall street companies, without looking arcane. The color scheme should blue, grey and black for its color palet. I would very much like a heron to be the logo, and to carry the same ethereal tone as the creature evokes.
