Web Design Brief

We need a simple refresh of our very outdated web page. We don't want a big change. The new design should use exactly the same text content in the same page structure but should be presented in a pleasing modern design. It should have the same colour palette (light blues and black/white) but new imagery and design.

There is one extra page that needs to be designed in the same theme is the login page:
http://www.smsmanager.com.au/login.php

Given all the content is there it should be a relatively easy project.
