Brochure Design Brief

Looking for a very professional, clean, simple, minimalist, bold well designed brochure.

I am reestablishing my practice in a new town and looking for a new look. I am currently in the process of revising my corporate identity. I recently changed the business name to Well Life Family Medicine.
You can visit the website http://welllifefm.com/ to get a feel for what I may be looking for. In the brochure I basically want excerpts from my home page, about, services and contact pages.

I have recently used DesignCrowd for both logo and business card and have been very happy, as soon as designs start being submitted I will switch to guaranteed payment.


"Well life" - similar font to "Cambria" and for "Family medicine" is "Trajan Pro"

I have attached several examples of brochures that have caught my eye to get the creative process started, but I am open to any design that conveys natural, life, health, and wellness.

Ideally colors would be muted or cool with emphasis on blues and greens

Feel free to use example stock photos in your design. I have attached the stock photos I have already purchased for the website.
