Logo Design Brief

Please read this completely and thoroughly before sending a submission to avoid any confusion. The company name, and slogan are in the exact color, font, and spacing as I want.

Our business is called CaliSpine and we offer advanced back care solutions for people suffering with chronic low back pain. We specialize in the work on the Quadratus Lumborum Muscle And need it clearly illustrated in the logo. (which is shown on the attached pics). The complete Logo, name, slogan shoulder look as follows:

The Font type for "CaliSpine" is exactly how we want it. (see pic) The font type is a blend of CA Spy Royal & CA Spy Royal ALT, which are both free downloads on the web. The "i" in Cali is the "CA Spy Royal ALT" font type, and the rest is the "CA Spy Royal". Our slogan, "Advanced Back Care Solutions" is written in "Optima" font, bold and italics. The bottom of the "p" in Calispine was cut off to decrease the line spacing between Calispine and Advanced Back Care Solutions. We like the the attachment sent over with the Company name and slogan but need the image size improved and sent over in proper attachments to allow for quality upon expansion.

The logo is all we need and will be to the left of the company name and slogan and has a professional but trendy look. Included in the logo is the entire sacrum, an entire ilium, all 5 low back vertebrae, the 12th vertebrae of the middle back and the attached rib. SImply do a google image search for "spinal anatomy" and "quadratus lumborum" to quickly understand. I also attached a sketched picture of the anatomy to be included with labeling for a quick cheat sheet. The quadratus lumborum muscle attaches from the bottom rib and the side of each low back vertebrae and connects to the crest of the hip bone. The color of the spine and hip bone should be a metallic silver with the quadratus lumborum muscle in the same blue font as the logo.
