We had experimented with the idea of a part of a heart, looking like arms wrapping about NF Midwest. Also we are about caring about people.

After working on it, I found the requested example a bit too complicated and not entirely satisfying to design standards, that's why I just submitted a carefully worked concept expressing the same feel of caring about people, while also having the heart concept.
