Logo Design Brief

We are rebranding a 17 building office and industrial park just north of Atlanta, Georgia. The current name of the project is Gwinnett Corporate Center. The new ownership wants to rebrand it as Gwinnett Commons along with coming up with a new design and logo and then reintroduce it to real estate brokers and potential tenants. We are looking for a design and logo that can be put on leasing signs, promotional flyers, letterhead, etc. . I have attached some information on the previous wording and logo along with how it is used.

Requirements

Must have

• Name and Logo design that we can use for signs, letterhead, etc. Project is currently called Gwinnett Corporate Center and we need to rebrand it as Gwinnett Commons with a new design and logo.
• Attached is an old flyer with the previous park name and logo on it.

• The symbol / logo could be something associated with the new name or could be something associated with commercial real estate (office buildings or warehouse buildings)
