Updates
Hey guys,
I've had a look at the submissions so far. Although this may not align with your specific design, but for those where it does, here are some points:
1. Refrain from using a 'building or landmark silhouette' as it reminds me of traditional style Indian restaurants ( unless done cleverly )
Here's some background - There are 3 more Indian restaurants on my street where I'm opening. They have pretty traditional Indian restaurant names like Nawaaz, Darbaar etc. with their typical Indian restaurant logos. So hence along with the name, I want the logo to also give a sense of uniqueness whilst still bringing out the fact that it's an Indian restaurant.
Hope this makes things a bit more clear. Let me know if you guys need more input.

Hey guys,
Here's some more inspiration for your designs:
Each word in the name and tag line stands for the following:
1. Spice - Excitement
2. Art - Creative, Appealing, Modern, Elegant
3. Flavours - Taste, Variety, Something new
4. India - Diversity, Travel, Bollywood, Cultural
Hope this gives some more inspiration.
As mentioned in the last update, try not to use cultural landmarks or animals if they're just going to be monochrome or silhouettes. Anything creative in the same, can be considered.
Thanks guys,
Prathamesh

A point which I'd like to make is that I'd like the final result to be without a faded background. It should either be white or monochrome
The logo and the text should be allowed to exist independent of each other

Okay guys,
I'm calling it a day for today. There have been some good designs that came in today. I'm not sure if it's possible, but if it is, do try and look at the eliminated designs and the reasons I've given for the same to hopefully get more and more understanding of the concept.
I'll continue to give individual feedback again tomorrow. Thanks.
