Project says Job Type Uncoded PSD design only

The current budget suffices for homepage psd design only - not all pages designed or CSS coded or php integrated or backend or ecommece integrated for this small budget.
Also please guarantee the contest if you need the best designers to work on it

My requirement is for the PSD design only. There is no need to code it as I have a developer that would do that. Requirement is for one landing page for people to leave their details until our full scaled wen site will be up and ready.

I think that for 1 page, without coding it the budget makes sense.

I will be happy if you will join the contest as I liked the work you have done for others.

Since I don't know how many designers will apply and what will be the results I don't want to commit but it seems that me that most likely I will pick up one of the designs and ask for some enhancements is it is temporary anyway until our web site is ready.
