Logo Design Brief

I need a logo for my new personal training business. I train people from my home studio in London or outdoors in the park. I specialise in new Mums, weightless goals, toning/shaping up ad triathletes. I would like to appeal to both men and women looking to get back into shape or trying to achieve a fitness goal. I would like a fairly simple design that is based around the business name 'Anna Best Personal Training'. If easier, the logo could be abbreviated to 'Anna Best PT'. In terms of colours, light blue, purple and / or jade green would be fairly unisex. I want to convey fitness and positivity / dynamism. I think Matt Roberts website is a smart design (http://www.mattroberts.co.uk) although he already has huge brand awareness. Something simple but classy would be ideal! The logo would be used on my website, on marketing material, leaflets etc, and on t shirts. I am happy if the design just incorporates the wording or includes a symbol/small image. I have pasted below some designs that I thought were reasonably similar in style to what I'm looking for.

Target Market(s)

Men and women (but swaying slightly more towards women). Mid-thirties upwards, affluent interested in fitness, weight loss, improving appearance, training for a fitness event, getting back into shape as a new Mum.
