First, Sorry that finalizing the review took us ages but as we received many designs it needed more time to finalize this step
Second, congratulations that you are shortlisted with only a very small list of designers who created designs that we liked very much
Third, we have a group of comments that we like our shortlisted designers to implement so that we choose the winning design, the comments are as follows:
1) The home page will consist mainly of four sections; top header, banner, middle body and bottom footer
2) The top header should consist of the Iris logo to the left, contact us email and phone number to the right and a menu taking the whole width from left to right just below the logo and the contact us email and phone
3) The logo itself can be above the menu or overlapping the menu, I will leave you to decide or to provide two different versions to choose from
4) The top menu should be in dark gray (notice that the letter i in the center of the Iris logo plus the centered circle are in dark gray and not in black)
5) When the user hovers with the mouse over one of the menu items it will be highlighted with one of the colors used in the circles of the Iris logo
6) When the user visits the chosen page from the top menu the menu item will keep its color so that the user can know which page he is currently visiting (probably you don't need to handle this as part of the design as it will need to be handled as part of the implementation)
7) Just below the menu comes the banner we can use here a banner that shows a conference room or a lecture being given but we would also like to see a banner that consists of a picture of the sky with perhaps some cloud and a rainbow. It would be excellent if you can provide different versions with different "sky + cloud + rainbow" picture versions
8) You can add a slogan in text with a matching color on top of the banner, you can come up with the slogan from the text in the document that we provided as part of this project
9) Just below the banner we will need to have the services section that will consist of 12 icons or logos grouped beside each other and to make sure that the height of the home page is not too long we can group them on 2 rows where each row will have 6 icons/logos or maximum 3 rows where each row will have 4 icons/logos
10) Each icon or logo will represent one of our services
11) The icon or logo itself can be a symbolic picture for the service but we would like to see as well a real life picture that represents the service
12) The outline color of the services' icons/logos in case they are symbolic images should be the same colors used in the Iris logo and derived colors from the same logo colors and in case they are real life pictures then they should have an outline color or border that is the same as the Iris logo and derived colors from the same logo colors
13) The icons/logos can be square or circle shaped, please provide different versions if possible
14) The last section would be the bottom footer with the same dark gray color used in the top menu, the footer should contain the Iris logo in white, site map for all the website links, a contact us form, a calendar image, a copyright disclaimer, a google map and some social media icons
15) The contact us form in the footer should contain the fields: Name, Email, Title, Drop down list of some text and a text area for the message itself
16) Finally the background of the website should be in white and please provide two versions; one white background only and one white background with the big Iris logo as a water mark either once or repeated a couple of times

There is no single design that exactly matches our needs so we selected the best things that we need in each section on the screen (i.e. top header, banner, body and footer) and listed to you in the last message with as many details as we can to cover the description of each section

- Design #8408616 is the closest thing to what we need in the footer plus the body of the page that contains the services
- Design #8408611 matches the other alternative we mentioned for the services section as well
- Design #8408618 matches what we need for the header part but with some changes in colors that you need to check in our last comments
- We didn't find anything that matches the new banner we need
- All the sections other than the top header/menu, banner, services section and footer section will need to be removed so that we decrease the page height

You will need to go through the different points to understand what I mean by the above comments as my last message to you listed everything in details, appreciate if you check the points that I listed in my last message and let me know if any of them is not clear enough and I can send you more details

P.S. My main stakeholder in reviewing/choosing the winning design is available for the coming few days so appreciate if you can provide the new version or versions with the mentioned changes ASAP so that we can finalize with him everything before he is busy once again as I need to make sure that we use this available window of his time to finalize everything

One last hint, once you read the comments you will see that we have a few different alternatives that we mentioned for the different sections so the more alternatives/versions that you can provide to cover our needs the more your chances to win
