Logo Design Brief

Design a logo for a new company named "Australian Institute of Success & Wellbeing", this Company will provide training on NLP & Hypnosis as well as counselling for people to overcome habits such as fears and phobias, quit smoking, drinking or drugs and weight loss.
I would like the SW to be prominent.
See example attached. Would also like colours of Red or Purple used in logo, but am open to any options of colours and designs.
This logo will be used on website, on banners at training courses and on certificates of clients completing training.
It will also be used on business cards and letterheads.
