Logo Design Brief

Need a logo design for a small management consulting firm- specializing in helping business or government leaders make transformative changes in their organizations. Solutions include change management programs, organization design, improving functions such as HR and finance, and assisting with the people side of system implementations.

Would like to see a design that has a strong blue as well as potentially dark fuscia (but have some worry that pink might take away from the strength of the message).So other options are different blues. If design can suggest change, and positive movement that would be great. Because the initials of the company are similar to a major Canadian bank (RBCI vs RBC) I have to be careful. THANKS!

I would like my my company name, the logo and my contact info. I am open to unique shapes if it suites the design. I would prefer to have something a bit unique (like some text going in the other direction). I would also like a modern font but one where the characters are not ambiguous.

Requirements

Must have

• Some use of bright colours. Careful consideration of abbreviations (RBCI) as RBC is a national bank with extensive brand recognition. So if using abbreviations, would prefer RB and CI to be in different sizes or colours so as not to confuse the reader.

Nice to have

• Some use of unique colours. If it is possible to show some suggestion of movement or transition in the logo that would be great (I help organizations transform or transition from a current to future state). Thanks for your help and creativity!

Should not have

• See comment on RBC. Needs to strike a balance between being appealing to senior leaders in large traditional organizations and modern with a bit of excitement.
