Business Card Design Brief

Transcend Therapeutics is a Registered Massage Therapy clinic.
We offer clinic massage, event massage, work place massage and home visits for treatment and relaxation.

I picked Transcend because of the meaning behind the word. I want clients to know we go above and beyond the expectations of Registered Massage Therapy and they should recognise that from our client care, our clinic and personal presentation and our media representation.

The company is based in Ontario and the clinic is in a health awareness plaza which includes Yoga, Cross Fit gym and Children's gyms.

The logo must appeal to the general public and to Marketing and Business's. The logo should be calming, have a nice flow, be clean and inspiring.

I have played with some designs myself which you are free to look at in my portfolio. I am including a hand image that I like, though I do not like the colour and the swirly image that is inside the hand which i'd like to incorporate behind the 2 letter T's so that I may use the "T T" abbreviation as a logo on a t shirt.

We do not have to use the images I have submitted but I like the idea of using a hand with the swirls that look something like something growing and living. I would like as I said my image to be worked into the T's of the logo.

Requirements

Must have

• Transcend Therapeutics should be clearly the business name, nicely spaced.
  Registered Massage Therapy should appear underneath to show what the business is. The lettering should not appear harsh. It should have a slight flow to it and a slight softness. The viewer should think "zen and calm and clean and professional" when they see the logo. The colours must work well together and tie into the logo image/images. I like using one colour for the business name and then having some kind of block box or swirl box underneath containing the Registered Massage Therapy written in white to contrast with the business name.
  

Nice to have

• Transcend means grow or go above and beyond, the image and T and T should give this feeling.
