Logo Design Brief
Our company is Zoom Drain & Sewer Service. We perform cleaning, inspections and repairs of drains and sewers. Our current website is zoomdrain.com
Our existing company logo was professionally developed in 1995. We are looking to update the current logo.
Our current logo consists of the word Zoom with stylized text place underneath. See attached style guide and current logo.
For the new logo, we'd like to combine the words Zoom and Drain into a one word. Therefore, ZoomDrain should be used in the new logo design.
The tail and claw shape on the current “Z” represents an electro-mechanical snake used to unclog drains. Technology has changed, so we'd like to drop that part of the logo.
The new logo must pay homage to the current “Z” in some way. We should be able to recognize the old logo within the new design.

Nice to have
- We’ve considered adding a water aspect into the design and incorporated into the "Z" in some fashion. However, the design must be clean and modern. Instead of removing all of the jagged edges on the original Z logo, try converting those jagged edges so they appear like water.
