Logo Design Brief

We need a logo design for a new company based in Melbourne Australia. The company is in the renewable energy field offering a unique thermoelectric generation device that can power facilities of all sizes by creating electricity using what is known as the Seebeck/Peltier effect (energy created by a differential in temperatures ie hot and cold).
We are looking at a colour combination of blue and lime and/or orange(open to looking at other colour combinations).
