Landing Page Design Brief

Sole Digital manufactures smart products for overhead cranes, the kind you find in manufacturing plants and warehouses. Our products collect data on how the cranes are used, and by who and connect the equipment to the cloud (think IOT for cranes). We provide notifications when things (are about to) go wrong as well as information used to ensure compliance with safety laws. Our product website is soledigital.com.au and you can see an example of the data here: http://www.soledigital.com.au/?userID=exampledata (nb, that link will go to a HTML 5 version of the site on a mobile device).
Next year we want to launch these products into the US market, and the theme of that launch will be "The Crane of the Future" We need a single HTML5 landing page that uses parallax scrolling to make the following points:

The crane of the future will be smart.
The crane of the future will be connected.
The crane of the future will cost less and last longer.

The crane of the future is here.

Must have

• Image (maybe stylised) of a crane hoist ( this is the smart part of the crane) eg:
• http://www.abuscranes.com/products/wire-rope-hoists
• It must show that our systems collect data from cranes and send this data, along with alerts, to mobile phones
• Parallax scrolling
• Name/email capture form

Nice to have

• Keep it simple and as uncluttered as possible.
• Full screen image background,maybe subtly animated
• Most people seem to visualise a hook when the think of cranes, maybe something like

Should not have

• It's hard because there aren't a lot of generic stock photos, but try to avoid brand names.
• Don't include a copy of the menu from our website. This is a landing page, the only place the SoleDigital logo and a link to the website should appear is under the section: "The crane of the future is here"
