Postcard Design Brief

Need a postcard that will market us as Realtors at a small town community event - A 5K benefit race. We are putting a postcard in the swag bags. I am struggling with ideas on this, and need HELP!!!!

I'm thinking of some sort of runner graphic on the front...or a graphic of a map with a dotted line marking a path...I have thought of the possible Taglines:
"We run the extra mile for our clients" or
something like:
"Running the distance for our clients"

Another phrase that might possibly be included:
"Thinking of buying or selling a home? Let us help you navigate that route, and run alongside you to the finish line!" (or something similar?)

Along the bottom of front:
"Call us today for a no obligation market analysis!"
