I am a areal estate agent. This Brochure is for the marketing and sale of a historic home in an urban core, nationally recognized historic district. The community this home is located in, is Historic Springfield in Jacksonville Florida. This community borders the city core and provides quick and easy access to the heart of Jacksonville and the downtown scene.

The type of people who live in Historic Springfield are diverse. Virtually every race, religion and socio economic class are represented in this community. We want to develop a brochure that appeals to an urban hipster, younger buyer.
