Logo Design Brief

I’m part of a national organisation Economic Development Australia (http://www.edaustralia.com.au/) . We have a logo but no style guide. This has resulted in it being used inconsistently in posters, pull up banners, power points and our web site etc
We need
1. The logo reviewed and produced in three formats of eps, jpg and png
2. We want to clearly set out the “rules” on how the logo can and should be used across all mediums. – fonts, scalability,
3. We want to provide versions of it – colour, flat colour, grey scale, one spot colour, mono.
4. I’d like to show examples of how it is used in all mediums –
• posters, fliers, business cards, Conference name badges, Certificates
• web site, email,
• caps, T shirts,
• Template for reports, power point or prezi ,
