Flyer Design Brief

We need a professional looking flyer for our company called Monterra Services. We offer lawn and garden maintenance services, such as lawn mowing, hedge trimming, tree pruning and palm care. We would like too see designs that incorporate the colours used in our logo and website.
Refer to our website www.monterraservices.com.au for an idea of our design style and services we offer.
We want a simple double side brochure, the size will be 1/3 of an A4 paper in landscape....hopefully this is clear? Essentially we would be able to print 3 brochures from 2 sheets of A4 paper.
The front page will have our logo, an introductory paragraph and list of services we provide, as well as our contact details. The back page will list and have a checkbox of services we will provide specifically to the customer and a little comments box for us to tailor our services to a specific customer. Refer to the brochure file for an example of what this could look like
