The current budget suffices for homepage psd design only - not full site designed or css coded or backend or ecommece integrated for this small budget
Also please guarantee the project if you wish the best designers to work on it

I have guaranteed the budget. I just need the uncoded .PSDs for now - the home page is just a top bar with video. If you check the UI you will see that the pages are simple - we just need a clean, modern, professional look - the logo and entire UI design is already given by us.
