This is a t-shirt design for our 7th annual Swim for Smiles Youth Triathlon (Swim, Bike, Run).
Swim for Smiles is a non-profit organization that raises money for the North Carolina Children's Hospital. There are two events annually - a triathlon and wacky relay day.
This t-shirt is for the 7th Annual Youth Triathlon. It's a youth swim, bike, run event.
This t-shirt MUST include the Swim for Smiles logo.
