Qi Talent Solutions is a company which provides consulting and editorial services to the Talent Acquisition/Recruitment industry globally.
Our services include:
* provide clients with industry specific news, white papers, interviews with thought leaders.
* provide consulting service in relation to developing recruitment strategy, recruitment marketing, recruitment/HR technology, internal processes
We would like to use positive, fresh colours (one or two) coupled with balance and fluidity in the design. Yellow and Blue tie into Qi well (but not a must have).

Must have

• Should convey fun, positive, innovation, fluidity, balance.
• PLEASE NOTE the Look & Feel sliders are confusing. I have moved the square towards my preferred look and feel. see below. More towards Elegant, Playful, Modern, Personable, Economical.

Nice to have

• Possibly include an image of a person (not actual person but a graphical image)

Should not have

• Hard edges in design
• Whilst there are Asian references, I dont want the design to be Asian influenced.
