Logo Design Brief

We want the logo to appeal to parents and kids. We are looking for something that make use of fewer colors and something that simple yet playful.

Here is a short description of the product we are working on:

Goally is a startup based in Boulder Colorado. Our mission is to use technology to help strengthen family relations and get kids going.

Children and parents are involved in more activities than ever before and it especially becomes stressful for parents when they have to constantly remind their children to complete their basic tasks.

To help, we have created a device called Goally, which uses audiovisual cues to remind children to get things done. It functions in a similar manner to an alarm clock, designed, however, for the 21st century family.

Using Wi-Fi, the Goally device connects to the myGoally website and myGoally app where parents can setup, monitor and acquire report cards for their children’s activities anytime and anywhere in the world.

Children see Goally as a fun game, where they accumulate rewards as they achieve their targets. Parents see Goally as a tool to help their kids stay motivated and teach them how to prioritize, plan and become more self-reliant.

Now, parents can focus on more important interactions like reading to their children and not spend time having to remind them.
