Logo Design Brief

We are a Family/General Dentistry Practice with a 5 point philosophy : Awareness/Education/Motivation/Restoration/Prevention.
We are a 3rd generation of care providers (My dad, me, my son) in the area since 1951. We'd like a logo that could be etched on a window or door, included in letterhead and business cards and advertising /marketing brands. We offer the highest qualities of dental care in a modern and soothing environment.
Our logo could easily be super-imposed on the model of 5 element acupuncture-fire/earth/metal/water/wood as a representation of the movement of nature/life and relationships.
