Logo Design Brief

We need a logo refresh of our current logo. We are a Christian ministry that provides biblically-based management and leadership training to leaders around the world. We would like to see designs that use PMS color 7622 C or 7621 U.

The design should communicate servant leadership/humility in a professional and modern way. I have provided our current logo and one that a designer has proposed but is not quite working. Open to something other than the image of Jesus washing the disciples feet.
