Signage Design Brief

We are a real estate agency looking for "For Sale" and "For Rent" lawn signs. I attached a copy of our logo for a point of reference. The size of the signs are 18x24. On the "For Rent" sign, I'd like to keep it simple with just our logo and number. On the "For Sale" sign, I'd like to get creative and use our initials as opposed to our logo (The name of our company has the word "rent" in it so it gets confusing when people are looking at it when the house is for sale). I'm open to different variations of our initials, such as "RPR" or "RP" with "Realty" next to it or underneath it. I also attached some sample signs that are in the ballpark of what we're looking for, and also our business card (but the sign shouldn't be modeled exactly after it).
