Logo Design Brief

We are launching a boutique indoor cycling studio in the next few months. These are commonly referred to as "Spin studios" (although this is the registered trademark name that you have to pay to use).

This is not your local "big box gym" indoor cycling studio. We will have the best instructors, best audio-video experience, best bikes, and everything will connected such that all of your performance data is tracked real time and even e-mailed to you after the workout. You can see how hard your workout was and also monitor your performance improvement over time.

I would like a logo design that uses our company name "Sweat and Gears". I am partial to the lime green / electric green that is popular now (saw it on a GoDaddy formula car this weekend on the tv). I would be open to any color that complements this green. Black is also good as a secondary color or as edging for the text. If you incorporate a bicycle gear into the logo I ask that it actually look like the gear on a bike and not a gear in a watch (seen this one on other cycling logos). Bonus points if you can keep the gear/partial gear/implied gear/ or semblance of the gear on the inside of the "SWEAT AND GEARS" text. I am picturing the logo with the word "SWEAT" stacked on top of the word "GEARS" (as opposed to everything on the same line) and the "and" placed logically somewhere in smaller font. I chose "Emblem Logo" below as logo style but the shape could simply be the outline of the text or you can make it a graphic element (I am open to both).
