Winning designer will receive around $110. Have to agree that the budget is not reflective of time that would be involved.

I only have simple programs, word, excel and publisher

Honestly I would easily pay 4 times more, but i am not sure what to expect. The design brief guided me on this one. Maybe if someone contacted me direct, we could work something out. All my direct details are on the job. Michael.
