Logo Design Brief

We are a Aviation pilot group that work for Dragon Airlines in Hong Kong. The group is called Dragonair Pilots Association, can be Dragonair Pilots Assoc for the logo if that makes things more neat.

Our website is dpa.hk if you need more info on who and what we do. I've attached our current logo that needs to be rebranded, and some suggestions of wings that we would like to be used. I am happy for you to somehow combine the 2 and make a new logo, or start from complete scratch and let your creative juices flow.
The main colours should be Red; optional colours to include would be blue, white, gold but not a requirement

we would like the logo to be serious and professional looking - the current designs we have received are a bit too cartoonish based on feedback from my peers.
