i cant send 1960mp image max 1500 mp only

Our website is nisbenefits.com but we are created an entirely new website. The new website is the one where we need a new splash page image.

Can designer use stock photography, if it's copyright free?

Yes as long as we can use it.

Would only use if copyright free. I may have to purchase

Do you reimburse for expenses,
even if my design not chosen?

Just use the mock up version that you don't have to pay for - we will understand if it's not high res.

Hemantha, just do a mockup design at 1200x1000 dpi and upload, the final design if you selected should be as per the client requested. Hope you got it..
