Requirements

  • I am going into this with no picture in my head as to what I want. I like simplicity. I like to represent health, in all aspects, from food to environment. I will attach my logo to use, and colors should accent the logo.
I need it to include my name and title (Cindy Carbone, Certified Health & Lifestyle Coach). The tag line "Because your employee's health IS your business." These statistics listed clearly: "1. The U.S. spends $2.8 trillion on health care every year, and this number is rising. 2. Treating individuals with chronic preventable disease is responsible for 75% of our health care costs. 3. The U.S. spends more on healthcare than Japan, Germany, France, China, UK, Italy, Canada, Brazil, Spain and Australia COMBINED. 4. The World Health Organization ranks the U.S. 37th for overall health outcomes. This means that more healthcare spending does not equate to better health.
Then it needs to say that "Our healthcare costs are out of control, increasing, and unsustainable. We do not have a healthcare system, we have a disease care system. Prevention of chronic disease is the only way to reduce our costs. Workplace wellness solutions MUST change behaviors. Food and health education, as well as effective lifestyle coaching are the keys to this behavior change."
I offer 1 hour seminars, sample seminars include but are not limited to "Cancer Prevention" "America's Food/America's Disease," and "Health & Wellness begins where Conventional Thinking Ends." I also offer a six month bi-weekly health coaching program for individuals or small groups. Plus custom programs that include health food store tours, pantry purges, cooking ideas and preparation, etc.
