I fully intend to pay someone to do exactly as the brief states.

I will guarantee the project in 12 hours time when I have access to good enough internet that allows me to easily do so.

Also, I will update the brief to include a bonus payment for any submission that can amend the design slightly to change the blue sections on the top and bottom to a polka dot/camouflage (1/4" or 5mm white and old gold circles on royal blue) design.

Hi Alex, I have edited the text and it looks great, however would achieve a gradient/vignette on the letter in manufacture? I could keep it plain royal blue/black keyline/orange keyline. Black keyline is very thin, also worried abut achieving this in manufacture. Thanks
